Call (770) 869-2860A Sandy Springs Crew That Knows the Perimeter
Sandy Springs sits just south of us, down GA-400 toward the I-285 interchange, so a crew leaving our Alpharetta base reaches the Perimeter quickly and can often handle a same-day call. That short, predictable run matters: it means we arrive fresh with the right truck and gear instead of burning the morning in traffic before a single box is loaded.
This part of North Fulton is a real mix. You have the office towers and high-rise condos clustered near the Perimeter, sprawling apartment communities off Roswell Road and Hammond Drive, and quiet single-family streets tucked back behind them. Each one moves differently. We plan the job around your specific building and street, not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
Because we are family-owned, the same people who quote your move are the ones who show up. Tell us your address, your move-out date and what is going where, and we will give you a straight free quote over the phone. Call (770) 869-2860 and we will walk through the details with you.
High-Rises, Condos and the COI Question
High-rise and condo moves around the Perimeter come with their own rulebook. Most towers require a certificate of insurance on file before a crew can touch the freight elevator, and many limit moving to specific hours or a reserved loading dock. We are used to this. Send us your building’s requirements early and we handle the COI and elevator booking so move day is not held up at the front desk.
The physical move inside a high-rise is about timing and protection. We pad the elevator, stage your belongings near the dock to keep loading tight, and protect lobby floors and shared hallways so you stay on good terms with the HOA. Tight turns, narrow corridors and that one stubborn sofa that has to go diagonal through a door are exactly the puzzles our crews solve every week.
Apartment moves off Roswell Road run the same way: we confirm reserved parking, the closest entry point and any stair-only buildings so nothing slows the crew down.
Houses, Stairs and Long Driveways
The single-family side of Sandy Springs brings a different set of challenges. Plenty of homes here sit on sloped lots with long driveways, basement levels, and split-level layouts that mean stairs in and stairs out. We size the truck and the crew to the home so a three-story walk-up does not turn into an all-day grind.
Long driveways and tight cul-de-sacs can keep the truck parked well back from the door. We come ready to shuttle on dollies and plan the carry path before the first piece moves, so heavy items take the shortest, safest route. Doorframes, banisters and hardwood floors get padded and protected on the way through.
Whether you are moving across the neighborhood or out of the metro entirely, we offer local and long-distance moving, packing, storage, commercial and office moves, apartment moves, labor-only loading help, and specialty piano moving. Call (770) 869-2860 to tell us which pieces you need.
The Full Range of Moving Help
Not every move is the same, so we offer the whole menu and let you pick. Local moves within Sandy Springs and across metro Atlanta are our bread and butter, but we also handle long-distance moves out of state and commercial relocations for offices and shops near the Perimeter.
If packing is the part you dread, our crew can box up a single fragile kitchen or a whole house, with the right cartons and padding for dishes, art and electronics. Need somewhere to keep things between closings? We can arrange storage so your timeline does not depend on two dates lining up perfectly.
We also do labor-only jobs when you have your own truck or container and just need strong, careful hands to load and unload, plus specialty piano moving for uprights and grands. Tell us what you are dealing with and we will build the plan around it.

Often, yes. Our Alpharetta base is a short, predictable drive down GA-400, so when our schedule allows we can put a crew on a same-day move in Sandy Springs. Can you handle high-rise and condo moves with a COI requirement?
Absolutely. Most Perimeter-area towers require a certificate of insurance and a reserved freight elevator or loading dock before move day. We pad elevators and protect shared hallways and lobbies to keep your HOA happy.
